Our office for Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Naigaon West area. We are in a building called Saphalya, which is right near the Palli Church. This is part of the Vasai taluka in the Thane district. Being close to the church makes it easy for people to find us. It’s a pretty busy neighborhood, but we like the energy. We aren’t in a big industrial park; we are right there near the local community. The office itself is quite simple. We have our computers and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing with delivery orders. Most of our morning is spent sorting through the day's schedule. The staff here has been together for a while, so we all know how the work flows. We don't use any fancy management terms. We just look at what needs to be moved and find a way to get it done. Sometimes the rain in Thane makes things difficult, and we have to adjust our plans on the fly. That’s just part of the logistics life in Naigaon. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important. We appreciate being so close to the Palli Church because it’s a good landmark for the drivers who aren’t from around here. We just keep our heads down and do the work day after day.
