This part of Mumbai has that old, gritty industrial feel to it, which suits us just fine. Aeroflex has been operating from this exact spot for a long time. The building isn't new, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you're not used to them, but it’s home for our team. We do a lot of heavy lifting here, both figuratively and literally. Dealing with industrial products means there is always something being loaded or unloaded at the gate. It can get pretty cramped when the delivery trucks come in, but we manage to make it work. The office part is tucked away inside where we keep all the records and handle the phones. It’s usually quite busy with someone shouting over the noise of the street or the loud fans. We don't have a polished corporate lobby with a receptionist; it's more about functionality here. People who work at this location have been doing this for a long time, so they really know the ropes. We drink a lot of chai and keep the files moving throughout the day. It’s a busy part of town, but it’s where the real work happens. We don't use big words to describe what we do.
