ADVAYAA LEADERSHIP CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our workspace is in Flat 701 of the Ambrosia building, right behind China Valley in Hiranandani Gardens. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. Advayaa Leadership Consulting Private Limited is what we call ourselves. Since we are on the seventh floor, we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the balcony door open, though we have to be careful about the pigeons. There’s a kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes share snacks. The living room area is where we have our main desks set up. It’s a bit unusual for a consulting business to be in an apartment, but we like the quiet it offers compared to a commercial plaza. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we’re moving chairs around. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name on the door buzzer. Most days it’s just two or three of us here. We spend a lot of time talking through different ideas for the leadership programs we work on. The lighting is warm, and there’s a big rug in the middle of the floor that everyone trips over at least once a week. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a functional space where we get our thinking done. It feels right for us, away from the loud main roads of Powai. It is a simple place to do business.
