Adityas

Adityas is located in Borivali, specifically in B 101/102. It’s a combined space that serves as our main base. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the other tenants pretty well. The office feels a bit like a home because it used to be a residential flat before we converted it. We have some desks set up in what used to be the living room. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend eight or nine hours a day. Borivali is a crowded area, but our floor is usually quiet enough to get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. There’s always a pile of documents that needs sorting, and it seems to grow every time I turn my back. We don’t have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a small team and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing or making the tea. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that’s assigned for the day, and go home. It’s a straightforward way to run things and it seems to work out okay for us and our clients.
