Adirex Pharmaceutical is based right in the middle of the action at Kamala Mills Compound in Lower Parel. We are on the first floor of Times Tower. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always buzzing. There are people everywhere and cars constantly honking on Senapati Bapat Marg nearby. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise, though you can still hear the city hum. It’s a functional space. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a small area where we keep samples. We don't have any of those fancy modern office pods or bean bags. It's just a regular workplace where we deal with pharmaceutical distributions and paperwork. The elevators in the building are usually crowded, so some of us just take the stairs since we’re only on the first floor. It’s quicker that way. Working in Lower Parel means there are plenty of places to grab a quick Vada Pav or a coffee, which is a plus. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a lot. Despite all the fancy new restaurants popping up, we just stay focused on our orders and shipping schedules. It’s a lot of coordination with manufacturers and pharmacies. We don't make a big fuss about it; we just get the crates moved and the invoices filed.
