Adhunik Exim Llp is situated right near Kennedy Bridge in the Opera House area of Mumbai. This is a very old and famous part of the city for business. Our office is 208 in Parekh Market, which is on J.S.S Road. If you walk through these streets, you can feel the history of trade. The buildings are old and the lanes are narrow and always full of people and carts. We are on the second floor of the market building. It’s a busy place with a lot of energy. We’ve been operating from here because it’s the heart of the trading community. Inside our office, it looks like most of the others in this area. There are stacks of papers and old wooden desks. We do a lot of exim work, which means we are constantly dealing with paperwork for imports and exports. The noise from the street comes in through the windows, but you get used to it. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. We just rely on the work we do every day. Dealing with the traffic around Opera House is always a challenge, but we like being where the action is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who stop by the market. It’s a traditional way of doing business that still works for us. We just keep at it and handle the shipments as they come.
