Our business is tucked away in Goregaon East, inside the Shankala Industrial Estate at unit 307. We are located in Gogatewadi, which is just off Aarey Road. It's a pretty typical industrial setting, so there's always the sound of machinery and trucks coming and going. We’ve been operating from this third-floor space for quite a while. The commute can be a bit of a struggle sometimes with the traffic on Aarey Road, but we’ve learned the best times to avoid the worst of it. The office itself is very basic. We haven't spent much time on decorations because we are usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on manufacturing and moving orders out the door. We have a small crew and most of us have known each other for years. It feels more like a small community than a corporate workplace. We know the other guys in the estate, and we often share news or help each other out with small things. The walls are a bit scuffed and the floor has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We don't use any flashy marketing or have a big sales team. Most people find us because they need something specific that we make. It’s just an honest day's work for us. We keep our heads down and try to stay organized despite the constant busyness of the industrial estate.
