If you head over to Dadar West in Mumbai, specifically to the second floor of Ratna Bhoomi on R.B.S.K Bole Road, you’ll find our office. We are Adani Logistics Ltd, though we don’t really stand on ceremony here. Working in Mumbai means everything moves at a crazy pace, and our job is to keep track of where things are going. Logistics is basically just a lot of lists, phone calls, and making sure trucks show up when they say they will. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days staring at maps and schedules, trying to find the quickest way to get stuff from point A to point B. It gets stressful when there’s a delay, which happens more than we’d like given the city traffic. We don't talk much about innovative solutions or anything like that. We just focus on getting the work done so we can go home at a decent hour. Most of us have lived in Mumbai our whole lives, so we understand how things work here. We’re just a group of people trying to keep things organized in a city that’s usually anything but. It’s hard work, and it’s constant, but we’ve got a good rhythm going now at Ratna Bhoomi.
