We are located at 103, Rajguru Apartments, which is on New Nagardas Road in Andheri East. It is a residential building, so it doesn't feel much like a big factory or a corporate office. Adam Fabriwerk Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of here for a while. Usually, the day starts with someone trying to find a parking spot on the street, which is almost impossible after nine in the morning. We have three rooms that we use for the office work and the design stuff. It gets a bit cramped when all of us are in at the same time, especially when we have blueprints spread out everywhere. The neighbors are mostly families, so we have to keep the noise down when we are moving equipment or samples around. We do a lot of our coordination here before heading out to the actual sites. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails to vendors and clients. The location is good because the station is close, but the traffic on Nagardas Road is a nightmare during the monsoon. We usually have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s not a fancy setup, just some desks, chairs, and a couple of computers that work most of the time. We aren’t really trying to impress anyone with the office; we just focus on getting the fabrication details right and making sure the orders are shipped on time without any mistakes.
