Acg-Pam Pharma Technologes Pvt. Ltd. is located at 127 in the Kandivli Industrial Estate. Being in Kandivli West means we are right in the thick of the industrial action. The estate is always busy with people and vehicles, and our building is no different. We focus on the tech side of pharma here, which involves a lot of technical drawings and looking at machine parts. It's a dusty environment sometimes, given the other factories nearby, but we keep our space as clean as we can. The workspace is filled with desks and some prototype parts we are working on. We don't really do the fancy corporate stuff; we're more about getting the machines to work right. Our days are filled with meetings about designs and making sure the assembly goes as planned. The commute to Kandivli can be a bit of a grind during peak hours, so many of us arrive quite early to beat the rush. We have a small tea stall just outside the gate where most of us gather for a break in the afternoon. It's a good chance to catch our breath before finishing up the day's work. We just try to stay on top of the schedule and make sure the technical documents are accurate. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
