Working at 127 in the Kandivli Industrial Estate is exactly what you’d expect from an industrial area in Mumbai. Acg Pam Pharma Technologies is right here in the thick of it in Kandivli(West). There’s a lot of machinery and stuff moving around all day long. It gets pretty loud sometimes, and the heat in the summer can be a real challenge if you aren’t used to it. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and holds everything we need. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or if the paint is peeling a little in the corners. There are always people moving about, carrying tools or checking on equipment. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You won’t find many suits around here; most of us are in practical clothes that we don't mind getting a bit dirty. The estate is a maze of similar-looking units, so people sometimes get lost trying to find us the first time. We’ve got our routine down, from the morning tea break to the time we lock up at night. It’s a busy environment where the focus is just on getting the work done. There’s no fluff or corporate talk, just the sound of people working. We’ve been in this spot for a while and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks as they come.
