Ace Industries (India) Private Limited

We are spread across units 10, 11, 12, and 14 in the Alpine Industrial Estate. It’s located on Marol Military Road. If you know Andheri East, you know this road is always packed. The estate itself is an old-school industrial layout. Having multiple units means we’re always walking between them. It’s a bit of a workout every day. The units are filled with machines and stock. It’s loud and busy. We don’t have a big central office; we just work where the space is available. Marol is a tough place to navigate, but it's central for what we do at Ace Industries (India) Private Limited. The walls in the units are painted a basic grey. We have a lot of racks and shelving. There's always a smell of oil or packing material in the air. The staff knows exactly where everything is, even if it looks cluttered to an outsider. We get deliveries at odd hours. The security at the gate of Alpine knows us well. We don't spend time on making the place look corporate. We’re an industry, not a bank. The desks are covered in blueprints and invoices. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the shutters, but we just move the boxes. It’s a real, working environment. We’ve been here for years, and the routine hasn't changed much. We just focus on the production and getting things out the door.
