Accurate Dies & Moulds

If you look for us in Kandivali West, we are over by Naigaum, tucked in near the Government Industrial East area. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Making dies and moulds is the kind of thing where you're always covered in a bit of oil or metal shavings. It’s a small shop, and space is tight, so we have to be careful where we put things. There is always the sound of cutting or grinding going on in the background. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest to the desk picks it up. Some days the heat in the shop gets pretty bad, especially in the afternoons, but we just open the doors and keep going. We mostly deal with local folks who need specific parts made for their own machines. It takes a lot of patience to get the measurements right, and sometimes we have to redo things if they don't look quite right the first time. It’s not a glamorous job, and the floor is always stained with something, but it’s what we do. We usually have a bit of a backlog, so there’s never really a quiet moment. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure we don't run out of materials before the next delivery comes in from the suppliers. It is just steady, daily work.
