Our place is out in the TTC Industrial Area in Digha. We’re at Plot B-16, right in the heart of the MIDC zone. It’s a lot of concrete and warehouses around here. We work on pharmaceutical equipment, which means we spend a lot of time looking at metal parts and specialized machinery. It’s a bit of a niche area, but we’ve been at it for a while now. The workshop is where most of the action happens. It’s usually got a couple of machines in different stages of being built or repaired. We have a small office at the front where the computers and files are kept, but most of us prefer being out where the tools are. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we’ve got some good ventilation. We don’t really do much in the way of marketing. People in the pharma industry tend to know who does what, so we just focus on doing a decent job with the equipment. There’s always some problem to solve or a part that isn’t fitting quite right. We spend a lot of time tweaking things until they work. It’s just us, a bunch of tools, and a lot of steel. We try to keep a steady pace and make sure everything is solid before it leaves the gate. That’s really all there is to it. No big slogans, just the daily grind of making things that actually work for our clients.
