Accountant Mr. Ramesh Rathod

My name is Ramesh Rathod and I do accounting work from my place here in Andheri East. I am based in unit 304, in the 25/D-Wing of Shree Samarth Krupa CHS, right on Chandivali Farm Road in Sangharsh Nagar. This isn't a big corporate office with a lot of staff. It is just me here with my books, the files, and my computer, helping people make sense of their taxes and general bookkeeping. Most of my day is spent looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything adds up the way it should for the folks who come to see me. Living and working in Sangharsh Nagar means it is often quite loud outside with the traffic, but inside it’s quiet enough to focus on the numbers. I have been doing this for a long time, so I have seen almost every kind of messy paperwork you can imagine. People usually just drop by with their plastic folders or shoeboxes of receipts, and we sit down and go through it all together. It’s much simpler to do it that way. I don't use a lot of technical jargon or try to make the accounting seem more difficult than it is. It’s just about getting the facts straight and making sure the records are right for the end of the year. If you are around Chandivali Farm Road, you likely know the building. It’s a busy community and I am glad to be part of it.
