Our office is on the ground floor, specifically 5, Floor Grd at Plot-168. The building is called Albion Palace, which sounds quite grand, but it is a sturdy, practical place on Sant Savta Marg. We are right there in Byculla, near Chandi Bazar. It is an old part of town with a lot of character and a lot of noise. Abraj Properties Private Limited has been operating from this spot for some time. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to deal with elevators, and people can just walk in from the street. The area is always crowded with shoppers and vendors, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. Inside, we have our desks and filing cabinets pushed against the walls. We handle property stuff for people in the neighborhood and further out. Byculla is a hub, so we see all sorts of people. We aren't interested in making the place look like a high-end showroom. It is a working office where we deal with contracts, maps, and keys. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break. It's a very local way of doing things. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Maharashtra real estate can be a bit of a maze, but we just navigate it one step at a time from our little corner in Albion Palace.
