Our workplace is at the Oshiwara Industrial Centre, right in the middle of Goregaon West. We have a few units here, B-237 to 239. It’s a massive complex and can be quite a maze for someone coming here for the first time. Being right opposite the Oshiwara Bus Depot means there is always a lot of activity and noise outside. You hear the engines and the conductors shouting all day long. Inside our units, we are mostly focused on our healthcare products. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s more about function than style. We have pallets of goods moving in and out, and the floor is usually a bit cluttered with packing materials and tape. We have a solid team of people who have been with us for a long time. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with meetings and presentations. We just talk across the room to get things done. The summers in Mumbai are tough here because the building traps the heat, so we have plenty of fans running. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a busy operation and sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. It’s a real, working environment where people get their hands dirty. We take pride in just doing the job without any extra drama or fancy talk. It is a local business through and through, and we like being part of the Goregaon industrial community.
