Aayush Industries is located at 1710, M.I.E., Part-Ii. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise. You hear machines humming and trucks backing up all day long. Our unit is just one of many in this area. Inside, it’s mostly practical stuff. We have the equipment set up and a small corner for the desk work. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s an industry spot, so you expect some grease and dust on the floor. We spend our time managing the production and making sure the machines are running okay. Sometimes something breaks and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just part of the routine. The address 1710 is easy to spot once you get into Part-Ii. We have a small crew of guys who know exactly what they’re doing. We don’t talk much about big goals—we just make sure the products are made right and sent out. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially when there’s a big order to finish. We usually have our tea standing up near the entrance. It’s a busy life in the M.I.E. district, but we’re used to it by now. It is not always easy, but it keeps us going every single day. The work never really stops. We just keep at it.
