Our office is at No. 9/45 in the Navjivan Society, which is right on Lamington Road. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s one of the most crowded and energetic places around. There are shops selling every kind of electronic part you can imagine. We are up in the society building, away from the street level noise just a bit, but you can still feel the bustle. We handle export and import, so our day is mostly spent on the computer or the phone. We are constantly checking on where containers are and dealing with all the paperwork that comes with shipping things across borders. The office is small and filled with folders and stacks of documents. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just focus on making sure our clients get what they ordered without any unnecessary delays. Sometimes the customs process takes longer than we expect, and those are the days we stay late to sort things out. It’s a lot of coordination and keeping track of small details. We are just a small team working in the heart of the city, trying to keep the business moving one shipment at a time. It’s a busy life, but we are used to it.
