A&D Pharmachem

Our place, A&D Pharmachem, is located at W-28 in the Taloja MIDC area. If you know Raigad, you know this part of the district is heavy with industrial units. It’s not the easiest place to get to if you aren't familiar with the layout of the MIDC roads. We spend our days here dealing with various chemical and pharmaceutical processes. The air always has that industrial smell to it, and there’s a constant hum of engines from the neighboring plants. Our setup is pretty basic. We have the production area and a small corner for the administrative side of things. Most of the staff comes in from the nearby villages or towns like Panvel. We aren't doing anything fancy; we just stick to the technical requirements of the job. Shipping out of Taloja can be tricky with the narrow roads and the heavy trucks, so there’s always someone checking the logs and calling the drivers. Lunch is usually a quiet affair in the break room, and then it’s back to the drums and the testing equipment. We’ve had to fix our roof a couple of times after the monsoon seasons, but the building holds up well enough. It’s a gritty, hard-working environment where everyone knows what their role is. We just focus on getting the orders out on time and keeping the equipment running without too many breakdowns. It is a lot of hard work, but we are used to it.
