We’re over at 109 Unique House on Cardinal Gracious Road. If you know the area, it’s usually pretty packed with traffic and people rushing around. Our shop is a bit of a mess sometimes, with AC units opened up and parts scattered on the workbenches. That’s just the nature of the job. We spend most of our time out on calls or in the back fixing compressors. We aren't the kind of company that has a shiny showroom with everything on display. Most people come to us because their air conditioning stopped working when it’s a hundred degrees out. We get that it’s frustrating, so we just try to get things fixed as fast as we can. Our technicians have been doing this for years and they have the grease on their hands to prove it. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to sell you stuff you don’t need. We just look at the machine, figure out what’s wrong, and tell you what it’ll take to get it running again. Sometimes we’re short on help and it takes a little longer to get to a phone call, but we do our best to catch up. It’s honest work and keeps us busy all through the summer months. In the winter it slows down a bit, and that’s when we catch up on all the cleaning and organizing we missed. We’re just a local crew trying to keep people comfortable in this heat.
