We are A3 Remote Monitoring Technologies Pvt Ltd. Our office is unit 402 in the Kailash Industrial Complex over in Vikhroli West. This area is quite busy with all sorts of small factories and tech offices. The complex itself is huge. Sometimes visitors get lost trying to find our wing. We’ve got a lot of computers and monitoring screens set up inside. It’s a bit of a maze of cables and desks. We don't spend money on expensive furniture because we’d rather have good equipment that actually works. The light in the office is a bit bright, but it keeps us awake during the long shifts. Since we do remote monitoring, there’s always someone checking on things. It’s not a nine-to-five kind of place for everyone. We have people coming in at different times. The local canteen nearby is where we get our samosas and tea. The parking situation in Vikhroli can be a bit of a headache, so many of us take the train or a rickshaw. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We are just a group of tech-minded people who like solving problems and keeping an eye on systems. The walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some notes taped up. We just focus on the screens and make sure everything is running like it should. It’s a lot of quiet work interspersed with moments where everyone is trying to fix a glitch.
