Our workshop and office are located at Shiva Indl Estate in Bhandup West. We’re at number 1, which is pretty close to the Tata Power Lake area. It’s an industrial estate, so you can expect a lot of noise and activity throughout the day from the other units. A-Kenn Automation Pvt Ltd is where we put together various systems and handle the technical side of things. The space is mostly filled with tools, components, and workbenches. It isn't the cleanest place in the world because we are always working on something mechanical or electrical. We’ve been in this spot for a few years now and we’re used to the industrial vibe of Bhandup. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with the lake area, but it suits what we do. We aren't corporate people in suits; we’re usually in work clothes and have grease or dust on our hands by noon. The team is small, and we mostly just focus on getting the day's tasks finished. Sometimes we have to stay late when a project is behind schedule or something needs fixing urgently. We don't have a marketing team or fancy brochures to hand out. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they need something specific built for their factory. It’s just a straightforward place where we do our best to make things work. It gets loud when the machines are running, but we've gotten used to it.
