3Dz Art Architecture Engineering

We are based in Bhandup at Tulsi Dham, right near the Baba Dairy on Talav Road. If you know the area, the dairy is a big landmark for everyone. Our unit is D/3. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but being near the Talav Road means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes. We do a mix of things here, including architecture and some engineering work. It is a small space filled with computers and some 3D models we’ve made over the years. The walls are covered in site photos and calendar pages with scribbled notes. Bhandup is a busy, hardworking place and our office reflects that. We don't have any fancy furniture. Everything is built for utility. Sometimes it gets crowded when we have a few rolls of large-format prints lying around. We spend our mornings looking at structural details and our afternoons checking on how the art side of the project is coming along. It’s a bit of a jumble, but we like the variety. The neighborhood is always noisy with tempos and people, but once you step into Tulsi Dham, it gets a little quieter. We just keep our heads down and get through the drawings. It is a lot of hard work, but seeing a building actually go up makes it feel okay. We stay pretty grounded here and just focus on the next task.
