305 Adhyau Industrial Estate Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel

Our office is in the Adhyau Industrial Estate, which is part of the Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel. This area has changed a lot over the years. It used to be all mills, and now it’s full of offices and restaurants, but our building still has that old industrial feel to it. We are up on the third floor in unit 305. It’s a decent-sized space but we’ve filled it up with equipment and desks over time. The elevator in this building can be a bit temperamental, so sometimes we just take the stairs. It’s a busy place with people from all sorts of businesses coming and going. We mostly stick to ourselves and focus on the daily tasks. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls—just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up. The windows look out over the compound, where you can see the mix of old structures and new glass buildings. It’s quite a contrast. We usually get our lunch from one of the small stalls nearby or bring it from home. The work we do requires a lot of sitting at the computer and occasional meetings around a small table. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. Lower Parel is always congested, so we try to time our deliveries and visits to avoid the worst of the traffic. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon.
