Tricon Steel & Alloys

We are located over at Jewel Apartment, right on Mama Paramanand Marg. If you know where the Roxy Cinema is near Charni Road East, we’re just a stone’s throw from there. It’s a pretty packed area, especially during the afternoons when the traffic at Opera House gets really heavy. We deal with steel and different kinds of alloys. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around, which is why the office gets a bit dusty sometimes. My father and I have been at this for a long time, and now we have a few more guys helping out. We spend most of our time on the phone or checking the inventory in the back. It’s not the cleanest work, but there’s a lot of demand for metal in Mumbai construction and manufacturing. We get all sorts of people walking in, from small shop owners to bigger contractors. Sometimes it’s chaotic with all the orders coming in at once, but we just take it one step at a time. The office is on the second floor, so you have to walk up, which is good exercise I guess. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything. Most people find us because they’ve worked with us before or someone told them where to find good steel. It's just honest work in a busy part of town. We keep things simple and try to be fair with everyone who comes through the door.
