Our office for 1Pointsixone Realtors Llp is in Sion East, at Runwal & Omkar Esquare, room 105. It’s right across from the Sion Chunabhatti signal, just off the Eastern Express Highway. It’s a really busy junction, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside our windows. We handle real estate work for the surrounding areas. We aren't a big firm with a lot of hierarchy. It’s just a few of us here trying to keep everything organized. Most of our work involves talking to people about where they want to live or work and then trying to find a match. We spend a lot of time on our phones and even more time stuck in traffic going from one site to another. Sion has a lot of history and some really interesting buildings, so we never get bored. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or complicated language. We just speak plainly about what we have on our books. Our office is a simple place with desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have any fancy coffee machines, just a regular tea kettle that gets a lot of use. It’s an honest way to make a living. We try to be as helpful as we can with the paperwork, which can be a real pain sometimes. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take each day as it comes.
