We are based in the Ijmima Imitation Jewellary Market building in Malad West. Specifically, Zyana Developers Llp is on the 3rd floor in unit 339. This is right near the Mindspace complex and just off Link Road. It’s a very active part of Mumbai to work in. The building is always full of people and activity because of the market downstairs. Our office is where we handle the development side of things. It’s not a quiet place, but we like the energy of Malad. We deal with all kinds of building projects around the 400064 area. My day is usually a mix of phone calls, site visits, and trying to make sense of government regulations. We aren't some giant corporation with a slick image. We are just people who know how to get things built in a crowded city. Sometimes the elevators in this building take forever, which is a bit of a daily annoyance. But being near Mindspace puts us in the center of a lot of action. We don't use big words or make promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and do the work. The traffic on Link Road is usually terrible, so we try to plan our site visits for early morning. It’s a tough business, but we’ve been at it for a while now and we enjoy the process.
