Our office is tucked away on the second floor of Building B in U P Nagar. If you’re familiar with Khar West, you probably know Dr Ambedkar Road. It’s a busy stretch, but Flat No. 23 is a bit quieter once you get inside. We’ve been running Z I Realty from here for some time now. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of agents; we’re just a small team trying to help people navigate the Mumbai property market. It’s a lot of work, honestly. Between the paperwork and the constant calls, there is always something to do. We focus on this part of the city because we know it well. Whether it’s someone looking for a small flat or trying to sell an old family property, we just handle the details. We don’t have a big storefront on the main road, so we rely on people knowing where we are or calling us up. The building itself is older, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time visiting sites around Khar and nearby areas. It’s not always glamorous work, dealing with brokers and legal stuff, but it’s what we do. We like to keep things simple. If a place has issues, we mention it. We don't see the point in overcomplicating things or making promises that don't happen. Just a local business doing its thing. It gets hectic but we enjoy the pace and the people we meet.
