If you are looking for us, we are tucked away in Bihari Chawl on Waroda Road. It’s a tight squeeze in rooms 2, 3, and 4, but we make it work somehow. Being near Badsam Cafe means there is always some noise and people walking by in Bandra West. Our space isn't big or shiny, but it's where we do all our food prep and sorting. Sometimes the delivery bikes struggle with the narrow lanes around here, especially when it rains, but we're used to the chaos by now. We started Yunchies Food because we wanted to work for ourselves and be part of the local food scene. Most days involve a lot of chopping, packing, and making sure our supplies haven't run low. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us in these rooms, figuring out the daily schedule and dealing with the usual Mumbai power cuts now and then. The walls are a bit worn and the fans never seem to go fast enough in the summer heat. We just focus on the food and getting things ready for the customers who know where to find us. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have any fancy mission statements, just a lot of lists on the wall and plenty of work to get through before the sun goes down over the coast nearby. We stay busy until late, just keeping up with the daily orders.
