We've been running Yukktha Developers Llp out of this office at A N House for a while now. If you know Santacruz West, you know how busy S.V. Road gets. Our space is in Tirupati Plaza, right at unit 53. It’s a standard office setup where we handle all our paperwork and meet with people. Most days are just spent on the phone or looking over site plans. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to get into the building side of things. It’s not always easy, especially with how much the rules change in the city, but we manage. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to get the work done. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites, making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the traffic on SV Road makes that take forever, but that's just part of working here. We deal with the usual stuff like permits, talking to contractors, and trying to keep everything on schedule. It’s mostly just us and a small team trying to stay organized. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we set up shop here. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to do a decent job. It’s practical work. If you're looking for us, we're usually around during normal hours, unless we're out at a site.
