Yujya Developers Private Limited

Yujya Developers Private Limited is based out of Dkn 02 in Khardeo Nagar. Our address is on N G Road, specifically the Chembur Govandi Road in Ghatla. We are right behind Balaji Electric in Chembur East. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a small space, Dkn 02, and we have to be careful not to clutter it up too much. We deal with development projects, so there are always rolls of paper and technical drawings lying around. The sound of the traffic from Govandi Road is always there in the background. It’s not the quietest place, but it has a lot of energy. We have a few computers and a printer that jams more often than we’d like. The staff here is local, so we mostly speak a mix of Hindi and Marathi while we work. We don't have a receptionist, so whoever is closest to the door just says hello when someone walks in. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We spend our days coordinating with various people and making sure the construction side of things is moving forward. It’s a practical office for people who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty. We’ve been in Chembur East for some time now and we like being close to the main road and the local shops for our daily work.
