We spend most of our time here in Bandra West, right off Turner Road. It’s a busy spot near Pinnacle D Pride. Most mornings start way before the sun is even up because that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with dough and ovens. We aren't some massive factory, just a group of people working out of this space on 3rd Road. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere and the humidity in Mumbai doesn't always help with the crust, but we manage. You can usually find us checking the timers or bagging things up for the day's orders. We’ve been at Plot No. 67 for a bit now. It isn't a fancy setup, just some sturdy tables and the smell of yeast in the air. People around here know the building, even if they sometimes miss the turn off the main road. We don't spend much on ads or anything, we just focus on getting the baking done right. The kitchen gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but that’s part of the job. We keep the inventory lists on a messy desk in the corner. It's a lot of manual work, lifting heavy sacks and making sure the sweets look okay before they go out. We're just trying to keep things moving and make sure nobody leaves without what they came for. It's a simple life here in the 601 suite, just flour, sugar, and a lot of standing on our feet all day long.
