Ynkk Housing Private Limited is based in Kandivali West. You can find us at Agarwal Residency, specifically in room 204 of Building 2F. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which is nice for getting work done. We focus on housing projects and general real estate tasks. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine. It’s just a functional space where we keep our computers and site plans. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from phone calls to site visits. Being in Kandivali West is handy because we are close to a lot of the projects we are working on. We don’t spend money on fancy advertisements or polished brochures. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just coming to the building. We try to keep things real when we talk to clients. If a project is going to be delayed because of rain or material shortages, we just tell them. There’s no point in making excuses. We’ve been at Agarwal Residency for a while now and the neighbors know us. Our daily routine involves a lot of paperwork and even more time on the phone with contractors. It’s a lot of mundane work, but it’s necessary to get houses built. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to build decent places for people to live and keep things running smoothly.
