Yashwantrao Holkar Multipurpose Urbannidhi Limited

Our place, Yashwantrao Holkar Multipurpose Urbannidhi Limited, is located in Goregaon. This is the one in the Sengaon Taluka of the Hingoli district. We are at House Number 110. It’s a small town and things move pretty slowly here compared to the bigger cities in Maharashtra. The office is basically just a part of the house that we’ve set aside for business. There is no big sign out front, just the house number and people know who we are. We do a bit of everything for the folks around here. Since we are a multipurpose setup, people come in with all sorts of questions about their money or local projects. We don't have a big staff. It is just a couple of us who know the local families. We use a lot of paper and ink because we like to keep physical copies of everything. The internet can be a bit spotty in Hingoli, so we don't rely on it too much. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting with a cup of tea and a stack of registers. It’s quiet most of the time, except for when the neighbors pass by or the local market is busy. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a local office helping out where we can. It’s a simple life and we like running the business this way.
