Xplorejoy Solutions Llp is right by the Western Express Highway in Kandivali East. If you know the area, you know how much noise that highway makes all day and night. We’re tucked into the Pooja Building over in Asha Nagar, which is a pretty standard spot for this part of Mumbai. There is always a lot of dust from the road and people rushing to catch buses or get into their cars. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our files and computers. It’s not a place with glass walls or shiny receptionists. Usually, one of us is brewing some coffee while the others are arguing about where to order lunch from. The 5 D/1 unit isn't huge, but it fits what we need. Getting here in the morning is sometimes a struggle with the traffic, but that’s just life in this city. We don’t spend much time worrying about the decor or making things look perfect for visitors. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to each other about the projects. It's a practical setup. Outside, the sounds of Asha Nagar never really stop, but once you’re inside the building, it’s a bit easier to focus. We just handle things as they come and try to keep the office running without too much drama. It’s just us doing our thing in a corner of Kandivali East every day, making sure the work is finished on time.
