Xpertise Valley is based inside Dreams The Mall, which is on LBS Marg in Bhandup, Mumbai. Our unit is Gu-366. Working in a mall is a bit of a strange experience sometimes. You walk past shops and food stalls just to get to your office every morning. It can get very loud on weekends, but during the week, it’s mostly just other office workers moving around. LBS Marg is always jammed with traffic, so we hear the honking from the road pretty much all day. The mall itself is a large building, and it takes a few minutes to navigate the hallways to find our specific unit. Once you’re inside our space, though, it’s just a standard office. We have our computers, a few filing cabinets, and a small area for taking breaks. It’s a Private Limited setup, and we’ve been at this Bhandup location for some time. We chose this spot because it’s a central point for many of us who live in the suburbs. There isn't anything glamorous about it. It’s just a functional space where we handle our daily business. We often grab snacks from the lower floors of the mall when we’re working late. It is a busy, urban environment that matches the pace of Mumbai. We don't spend money on expensive decor; we just keep the place tidy and focus on getting through the tasks.
