WORLDKING BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based in room 902 of the Bhagtani Shiv Shrushti building, which is a housing society near S.M. Shetty School in Powai. Powai is always buzzing with energy, especially when the school is starting or finishing for the day. We do building and construction work and being on the ninth floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise. We have stacks of files on the floor because the cabinets filled up a long time ago. That is just how things go when you have been in business for several years. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and material suppliers. There is a small balcony in the office where we take breaks to look at the traffic moving toward Hiranandani. It is a small team of three guys and we don't really have a formal way of doing things. Most days we are wearing dusty boots anyway because we just came back from a site visit. The building security guards know us well since we have been here for so long. We don't spend any money on advertising or fancy brochures. Usually, new clients find us because we did a good job for one of their friends. We just focus on building things properly and staying on schedule. The afternoon sun can be quite strong through the windows, so we keep the blinds down most of the day while we work.
