If you are looking for where Work Spear Online Ventures operates from, we are based out of Santacruz East. We have a space in the Bandhutva CHSL building, which is flat B 404. It’s a residential society, so it has a much quieter feel than those big glass office towers you see in BKC. To get here, you usually have to cross the Vakola Bridge, which can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours because the traffic just crawls along. We are right on Datta Mandir Road, so there is always a bit of life around the temple nearby. The office itself is quite simple. We didn't spend much on decorations because we mostly just needed a place to sit with our laptops and handle the online stuff we do. Most days, it’s just the sound of typing and maybe the ceiling fan humming in the background. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, which makes it feel more like a home than a corporate office. We like being in this part of Mumbai because it feels real. There are plenty of small places to grab a vada pav or a quick coffee just a short walk away. We have our desks set up near the window so we can see the street below. It’s not a huge operation, but it’s our space and it works for what we need to do every day.
