Woodstock Builders Llp is based in Vaibhav Chambers, specifically on the 7th floor in units 701, 702, and 703. We’re right opposite the Income Tax Office in BKC, Bandra East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and our office reflects that. There’s always someone coming or going, and the elevators are usually packed. We aren't some massive corporation; we just have a few connected rooms where we handle our construction business. It’s a lot of sitting around tables looking at drawings and trying to make the numbers work. Being in 400051 is great for meetings, but mostly we are just focused on the projects we have going on across the city. The office isn't perfect—sometimes the air conditioning acts up or we run out of printer ink right when we need it. We don't try to hide that we’re just regular people working a job. We build things, and we try to do it without making a big scene. Most of our time is spent dealing with contractors and making sure the materials arrive where they’re supposed to go. It’s a lot of logistics and a fair bit of stress, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We keep things straightforward. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just a bunch of people trying to keep things moving. It isn't always glamorous, but it is real work that we take seriously every day.
