We are located right on Station Road in Vikhroli West. Our shop is in the Blumen building, B Wing. Being so close to the station means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the trains and the crowds of people rushing to catch them all day long. We deal with snacks, so the morning and evening rushes are when we are busiest. People are always in a hurry here. The space is small, just enough for us to keep the snacks ready and handle the cash. We don't have a big seating area or anything like that. It’s more of a grab-and-go kind of spot. We spend a lot of time making sure the shelves are full. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late because the traffic on Station Road is a mess, and we have to scramble to get everything sorted. The building is decent, but the street outside is always under some kind of repair. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here. We share news and complain about the heat together. It’s a very local way of doing business. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure we have enough change in the drawer. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and talking to people, but we are used to it by now.
