Working above Ratna Stores on Ghatla Road is always interesting because it is such a busy spot. Chembur East is a crowded part of Mumbai and Haware Parekh Chambers stays pretty lively from morning until night. Our office is in the A wing at Room 202. You can hear the constant bustle of the street from our windows all day long. Whyteknight Agrixportz Llp is mostly just us sitting around our computers and phones trying to make sure everything is on schedule. We do not have a whole lot of extra space, but we make it work with what we have. It is a lot of back and forth with the ports and the various suppliers we talk to. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes getting anything done a real challenge, but we manage to stay on top of it. We are not trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a local group that knows how to move agro products efficiently. Usually, we grab lunch from one of the shops downstairs and talk about the day’s exports. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans to keep us going. We have been in this building for a while now and the other tenants know us as the agro guys. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it and a lot of work happening inside.
