WHITEFLUX CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is in Amit CHS, right in Charkop, Kandivali-West. We’re at 1004, Plot No. 119. It’s near King George High School. WHITEFLUX CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is a name we chose, but we’re really just a local team. Kandivali is where we spend most of our time. The streets are narrow and it’s always busy. We do construction work, which means we’re usually covered in a bit of dust. Our office is on the 10th floor, so we get a bit of a breeze. It’s nothing special, just some desks and a lot of files. We don’t use a lot of fancy technology. A lot of our planning happens on paper first. We’ve been working in Mumbai City for years. You learn how to navigate the system after a while. We don't have a PR person. If you call, you'll probably talk to one of us directly. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the city. We just like seeing a project through from start to finish. Sometimes things get delayed because of the monsoon, but we keep going. It’s a tough business but it’s what we know. We have our lunch from dabbas and drink too much tea. That’s just the way it is here. No need to make it sound like something it’s not. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the structure is safe. The rest is just talk. We’re usually here until late most evenings. It's just a part of the city life.
