You will find Westzone Realtors Llp on the second floor of the Nivan building. The address is Cts No. E/751 on S V Road in Khar West. We are right opposite the International School, so it gets very crowded during the morning and afternoon when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. We usually plan our meetings around those times to avoid the worst of the traffic. S V Road is always busy anyway, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our windows. The office is a decent size and we have a few windows that look out over the road. It’s a good spot because everything in Khar is within reach. We aren't doing anything flashy here. Most of our day is spent on the computer or on the phone talking to clients about different properties. Sometimes we walk down the street to grab a coffee or meet someone at a nearby cafe. The building itself is well-maintained, but our office feels like a lived-in workspace with stacks of files and various maps on the walls. We've been here long enough that the local shopkeepers recognize us. It's a busy life in this part of Mumbai, but we enjoy the energy of being right in the middle of it all. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with real estate.
