We are over on S.V Road in Khar West, right in the Nivan building at office 201. Being on S.V Road means it’s never quiet; there’s always a horn honking or someone shouting downstairs. It’s a very central spot in Mumbai and we like being where the action is. The office is small but we’ve made the most of the space. We handle development work for the area and that keeps us pretty busy through the week. You’ll usually find a couple of us staring at computer screens or arguing about a layout. It’s a very informal atmosphere here; we don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to. Most of the time we’re just in our regular clothes, dealing with builders and local authorities. The Nivan building is a decent place to work from and our neighbors are mostly other small firms. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People know where to find us if they have a question about a project. Khar is a nice neighborhood, even with all the noise, because everything you need is just a short walk away. We’ve been operating from this Cts No E/751 location for some time now. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to make sure our projects move forward without too many hiccups. It’s a lot of work but we enjoy the process of seeing things get built.
