We are located at 201 Nivan, which is on S V Road in Khar West. It’s pretty easy to find since we are right opposite the International School. It’s a good spot, though the traffic on S V Road can be a real nightmare during school drop-off hours. Westcentral Realtors Llp is the name on our door, but mostly people just know us by our first names. We have a decent view of the street from our window on the second floor. The office is just a regular room with some chairs and a big desk where we keep the main computer. We handle property things for people around Khar and the surrounding areas. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We take our time with things and make sure we get the details right before moving forward. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the stacks of old newspapers in the corner. We aren’t big on fancy meetings or digital presentations. We usually just sit down with a cup of tea and talk about what’s available in the market. It’s a lot of back and forth with owners and tenants. My partner handles most of the site visits while I stay in the office to answer the phone and manage the files. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We’ve been in this building for a few years now and know the watchmen and the other tenants well. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us.
