WEALTHKRAFT PROPERTY SERVICES LLP

We are Wealthkraft Property Services LLP and we are based out of unit 28 on the ground floor of Udyog Bhavan. It is on Sonawala Road in Goregaon East. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in without dealing with stairs or elevators. We focus on property services, which covers a lot of ground. Some days we are helping someone find a rental, and other days we are dealing with the maintenance side of things. It is just a small LLP, so you usually end up talking to the same one or two people every time you call. We have been in Goregaon for a while and have seen how the area has changed over the years with all the new developments. There are always new buildings going up around here. Our office is not anything too special, just a place where we keep our files and meet with people to discuss their property needs. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just do our best to help out with whatever property issue comes across our desk. It is a lot of repetitive work, checking documents and making sure everyone is on the same page, but it is what we do. Sonawala Road gets pretty busy during rush hour, so we are used to the noise outside. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the work at hand. That is basically us.
