Wadibunder Properties Llp is based over in Andheri East, right in the Chunawala Industrial Estate on Plot Number 5. It’s in the Kondivitta Village area, which is a real mix of old industrial spots and newer office spaces. We’ve been here for a while now. The office is really just a place for us to keep our records and meet people to discuss property stuff in Mumbai. Being in an industrial estate means it’s not the quietest place, but it’s practical for what we do. We deal with various property interests across the city. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and checking on different sites. We aren't some massive real estate chain with a hundred branches; we just focus on our specific area and try to stay organized. The Mumbai-Mumbai City area is huge, so we spend a lot of time just traveling around. Our space in Chunawala is usually filled with the sound of trucks and people working nearby, which keeps us grounded. We don't have a flashy website or a team of sales people. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks of property management and development. It’s straightforward, sometimes a bit tiring, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of things here in Andheri.
