Wadhwa & Associates Project Developers Private Limited

We are located at 301 Platina, over in the G Block of Bandra Kurla Complex. BKC is a pretty intense place to work with all the big buildings and constant traffic, but it’s where a lot of the action is. Wadhwa & Associates Project Developers Private Limited has been based here on the 3rd floor for a while. Even though the building is fancy, our office is just a place where we get things done. We spend most of our days managing different development projects. It involves a lot of meetings, mostly with engineers or architects, trying to figure out the best way to move forward with a site. We don't really do the whole polished corporate routine. Most of us are just regular people who have been in the construction industry for years. The coffee machine gets a lot of use, and there’s usually someone complaining about the commute. We take on various projects and just try to make sure they don't stall. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes they don't, but we just keep pushing through the list of tasks. We aren't here to make big promises, just to handle the projects we have on our plate. It’s a busy life in Plot No. C-59, but we like the pace of it and being in the middle of everything.
