We have our small setup in Khardeo Nagar, which is over in the Chembur East area. Specifically, we are at Dkn02 on N G Road. It’s tucked away behind Balaji Electric, so if you are coming from the Govandi Road side, you have to look out for that landmark. The office isn’t much to look at, just a practical space where we sit and go over our building plans. We are a small team of developers working right here in Mumbai City. Every morning is a bit of a rush with the traffic on the Chembur Govandi Road, but once we get inside, things settle down. We spend most of our hours talking to contractors or checking on materials for our projects. We don't use any fancy corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just local people trying to get some construction work finished properly. The neighborhood is a mix of old and new buildings, and we are just one part of that. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the street while we look at the site drawings. It’s hard work, and there are always some delays with permits or weather, but we just keep at it. We’ve been based in Ghatla for some time now and we understand the local way of doing business. It’s a lot of back and forth, but that is just the nature of the job we do.
